Powder for 12g trap/skeet sporting clays loads

They only list 12 ga loads with tite group. I suppose I could start with a 12 ga load data and back it off a bit. I'm new to shotgun loading, the next shell that I load, will be my first.

Best to stick with the posted load data. A fast powder like tite group pressures can spike fast if your trying something thats not a listed load in a manual. different Shotshell primers can cause different pressure levels with the same powder charges as well. Hope this helps

Just made up 400 rounds with 1lb of red dot I was able to trade a buddy for. 1 oz load of 7 1/2 shot. 17gr of powder with WinAA hulls and winaa12 wads. Win209 primers. Good pattern and easy on the shoulder.

Powder is becoming available. You can find it here and there as long as you're looking for it. I find gun shows to have a good selection.
