Powder Options for a 300wsm

I tried out a few loads with 4350 last night and was really happy. I used 74.5gr and CCI magnum primers in my sako A7 300wsm and shot cloverleafs in 4 of 5 groups at 110yrds. I guess there is no point in tring to tighten that up. BTW I am shotting 180gr Accubonds.

Are you sure it wasn't 64.5 gr, 74.5 gr won't even fit in the case last I checked?

Haha ya your right. Replace with 64.5. Don't know how I did that.

Looking forward to trying IMR4350 as I have had marginal luck in my A7 with RL-17, RL-19, H4350,....

For my Browning Ti, I use H4350 @64gr and got a fine group. I think it's good enough for moose hunting.

Forgot to mention, I use 180gr Hornady soft point, they call "interlock" I believe.
