Which site sponsors ship powder? What carrier do they use?

I've only ordered from SFRC and Budget Shooter Supply myself. I know SFRC uses UPS but I don't remember if Budget uses Canpar or UPS for powder.
You can't ship powder via Canada Post. Well, at least you aren't supposed to.

Budget uses canpar which is awesome.

Hirsch Precision ships Vihtavuori powder via several different ground carriers including DHL.

Last time I ordered I believe it was $15 up to 5lbs. That was within Ontario though; no idea on cross country.
