I knew of this happening years ago, how has no one heard of it and keep complaining, WE GET IT! its hard to find. I thankfully have about 20 lbs or so, just a bit of everything, rifle, shogun and pistol powder. We should just find and lock all these dang threads.

I personally have had no problems sourcing powder over the past year or so,however,I am lucky to be in an area where there are several gunshops in the general area.I am also willing to use powders that are not exactly my first choice but will get the job done.My biggest concern is actually primers,more worried about them than powder.

I have been searching for blue dot and it seems to be none available! I have been able to find a pound of longshot and a tub of 800x ! Have any of you guys ever loaded magnum 12 gauge heavy field loads with these powders? Are they similar to blue dot ?
