I keep my powder alone in a locked plywood box marked explosives on the lid held together with brass fittings.Primers are kept in a seperate box by themselves too.Check the reloading stickies for the Natural Resources Canada webside and their # 8.pdf file.
Other people just keep them in a locked dresser drawer. If you were ever checked by the police they would just take note that its locked up and likely not even know what all the regs are for storage.Most people wouldnt even know to look at the NRC regulations and not the firearms act.
