The kid took a road trip to Edmonton this week and went to Cabelas to pick me up some components. He stopped in Calgary on the way back and went to Bass Pro . Picked me up a pound of R-22 last one they had Sweet ! That stuff is really getting hard to find. It was pricey $37.99 , but worth every penny. They had other powders there, but he did'nt mention which ones.
That made my day. Straight Shooting!

If you need more I see a fellow member has 7-8 pounds he will sell you on the EE.

I should have the wife read these stories about how a rare commodity powder and the like have become and she would finally realize she chose a genius.

The fellow is only asking $25 a pound!

Only thing is there is fine print...Winnipeg area only...Maybe the wife is right about me.

money talks... offer to pay the shipping and "haz mat" fee and its no different then a trip to the PO

if i bought powder locally id be paying $50+ a lbs!! it works out to 32-35 a lbs SHIPPED for the powder i use

My local shop got in IMR4350 this week, I left work to go buy what I could, when I got there he was tagging all the new powder that came in $45 buck plus tax. WOW I said, he told me that's his going price now.

go to Higginson powders price list they have nothing in stock all sold out, bad when one of the largest powder dealer in eastern Canada has no powders

$40/lb is the going rate now I'm afraid.

I'm afraid NOT :)
I did a huge 300lb primer powder order last year for about 30+ guys. I think the average price per lb shipped was about $26/lb
Just because some price gouging retailers jack up the price doesn't mean you have to pay it.
They will keep jacking up the price because we keep paying it.
I was down in Utah last week and went into a rinky dink store just to check prices. nearly half what we pay??
Don't anyone give me that crap on customs and fees etc. It's false. same reason why we pay more for our gasoline, food, etc. Because they know we will pay. It's that simple.

To this day I'm still enjoying that powder purchased!

I'd be up for doing that again.
