Powders for 223 rem. Help me out

I’d like to have one powder for the heavily bullets and one for lighter ones. I see that Varget is sold out most places. Clearly popular powder

The links below are in Adobe pdf format and you will need Adobe reader to view them. There was also a link for the AR15 with a 1in14 twist but I cant find it.

Also there are two loadings for the .223/5/56 and the AR15 rifles have longer throats and different length gas systems. That being said my Savage .223 with a 1in9 twist has a longer throat than my AR15 rifles do. Meaning the load data for most bolt actions have a 1in12 or 1in14 twist and a shorter throat.

Varget is great powder but is tricky to meter.

I have been having good results with IMR 8208, I also just picked up some Dominion 8208 from Canada Ammo at a good price but havent used it yet.

Supposedly there is an awesome load for 77gr using 8208 that I intend to try out when I get time.

The D4895 is longer stick and doesn't meter as well as H4895. Is the 8208 long stick as well? Otherwise the d4895 I've used successfully in 22/250 through to 30/06 and it is an excellent powder.
The 4064ssc is shorter and meters better.
