Guys you are getting into a whole bunch of suppositions that are not correct. I have not put up the rule book and if I did a lot of the arguments would be gone. Here is an example the 5 rounds in a semi shotgun is what the barrel states, we have people running the Versa max and the 930 Mossberg with more than 5 2 3/4 shells . Precision component you can run a gun with a barrel longer than 20 inch (precision has a seperate rule book ). The name Multi Gun Canada came from discussions that intent was to promote it across Canada and each Province it would take into account , club rules as to what was allowed and what your CFO is okay with. Each match the match director can still decide for example slings, no slings , steel rifle targets what ever you are allowed. The rule books are the basic rules in place and it is a living document and changes as the sport grows and equipment changes .
