PPC customized S&W model 14

Just picked up this nice K frame S&W model 14 at my local shop. It has a slab barrel, bo-mar sights, trigger job, and shaved hammer for DA only.

Sweet double action revolver! I have a friend with one like that and it would be great for competition.

I'm going to look for a holster and join the PPC league at my club now much cheaper to shoot this for PPC than my M&P .45. For the price i paid for this it was too hard to pass it up.

Yup! Traditional "Individual" PPC revolver. Too bad PPC is basically dead (at least in Alberta) ........

I normally find PPC revolvers to be butt uglified by the conversion. But this one actually looks darn nice.

And yes, you'll be spoiled after you get on to shooting it....

Holsters are tough to come by these days, the Safariland seems to be the best option - most of the old time leather guys have stopped making PPC rigs, the one I'm aware of who still makes them doesn't qualify for PPC (despite being called a PPC rig!!???) because it's a tie down rig. The trigger and the accuracy of one of those will ruin you for anything else.
