PPC in Ontario

I am interested in PPC can't seem to find alot of updated info can someone post some web sites and tell me where I can find a current rule book?

Can I use my 9mm CZ Shadow?

I beleive so, as long as it doesn't have any of the restricted mods from the rulebook (ported barrel etc)

PPC matches in Sudbury area allow semi-autos as equals to revolvers in 1500 match. Some shooters have difficulty with 50 yard accuracy, both with that caliber and sa. I have seen good scores with .45 colt gold cup. Semi's load 6 round only, 4 or more mags are a good idea.
