The old BLR's are nice rifles but they are not worth as much as most get listed for... they are discontinued and the biggest detraction being no magazines available...

Maybe that's where I don't follow it. I don't lose things. Bolts, magazines etc. As long as it comes with a magazine or a bolt I'm happy. If it came with two magazines the knock would still be,
"Well what if I lose both!"

Anyways, tucked away for now. I'd like to find a nice gloss Leupold or Redfield one piece base for it one day. Like Hoyt's setups. Very nice as usual!
