Pre-WWII Canadian Custom Rifle Makers?

I feel I have a good handle on the pre-war USA custom rifle makers but don’t remember seeing any from Canada.
Anyone here know of any makers?

I’m more interest in the 1910-1940 bolt guns but would love to learn of others.

I'm fairly sure that Ellwood Epps in Clinton, Ontario was doing custom work prior to 1940.

There was Parkinson in London Ontario and C C Meredith from around Streetsville, Earl Leach from Shakespear, there was also Crandell from Woodstock who ended up making the Tobin shotguns are a few I can think of

Frank Fenner out of London Ontario did alot of experimentation and development in that time frame. He was a member of my hunt camp for years, fascinating man to speak with. Shot a rifle he made chambered in 30 Newton. Frank passed on many years ago.

Don't forget Ross in Quebec. I don't know if they were custom, but they turned out a fair number of rifles.

Louis Petsura was a gunsmith in Gravenhurst Ontario and I know he built a number of rifles. Don't know if any were pre WW2 but I know he was going in the mid fifties into the 60's. Bac4

Yes it is, I have that excellent book "The Canadian Gunsmiths 1680-1900" by S. James Gooding 1962. Problem is the book stops just at the time I'm interested in.
