Precision action for Rem 700.

I'm looking for a remington 700 action that comes in tan/coyote finish with a spiral-fluted bolt. And it'd be great if it was under $1000.
 
Wrong forum... the EE is your place as a want to buy ad... it would help if you mention a cartridge. I am sure it will be easier to buy a 700 action and build it the way you want. Spiral bolt is for looks not performance. Same with the color... An accurate truing of the action and a quality barrel install is what counts...
 
so basically non off the shelf....

1)get any Remington action
2) have PTG bolt installed ( drop fit if you go with same OD as factory)
3) get ceracoated color of your choice..

900$ for a brown 700 with a fluted bolt, nothing wrong with that, but add 2-300 for the tuning(at least). check out stiller, you could buy one and get it finished whatever color you want whenever you want.
they come with all the work already done, with a pinned base, fluted bolt, side release, m16 extractor and recoil lug around 1000$, just add a barrel.
 
I am sure you can have a 700 trued for $150... a bit more if you want the bolt bumped, a bit more if you want the trigger reworked. Fluting bolts is cosmetic and adds nothing... don't screw it all up by altering the 700 extractor...
