ARC (American Rifle Company) makes excellent scope mounts. Personally I love that they use one bolt, rather then 4+ per ring. Makes mounting so much easier.
Just go with a reputable company that's known to make quality and precise mounts. ARC, Spuhr, MDT, Near, NF, etc.
Understand your objectives and what you want to do. If you're going to shoot competitively, understand if there are weight limits or factors that may dictate your mount choice. Cantilevers are designed for use on ar15 type rifles, to mount the scope in the correct position while being limited to the design aspects of that type of firearm. Why QD? Adds more parts and cost, and unless you have a need to constantly remove the scope from the rifle, I would tend to avoid.
