Come on. Let’s be serious. The government will still allow Americans and other foreigners to come with their 100m+ sticks and shoot up our wild life. Hunting in Canada is a huge money making industry. The politicians wouldn't let a silly Canadian law get in the way of the cash flow.
 
Just goes to show how stupid this group is. Not that we should sit back and be complacent, enough stupid people making enough noise will get heard.

That's right money, think about it, if all canadian wouldn't hunt for 2 years what it would do to the economy? after they wouldn't bother about bolt action guns. You have to think outside the box. Every one is to scare to do anything these days!

Water conservation? Reduction of nitrates and sulphates in our waterways?

PS if Canadians stopped hunting, the true cost of conservation would be shown. BC started a few years ago to encourage hunting with youth and women. Wonder why?

I agree with this scenario, also it would cost alot more to renew your FAC or Range Permit, but if you renew it, it will cost an Kidney or ARMs, and if you don't renew it, then you are breaking the law, this is a good excuse for them to take action again you, it coming

How exactly are the police going to know where you work unless you have had a frequent flyer plan in and out of the klink? Do you think they keep a database where everyone shops and one where you go on holidays in case you are on vacation? Seems far fetched to me.

Nope, not at all.
If these political leaders try to steal my legaly owned property I will defend it. Simple as that. If this country continues in the direction it is I'm getting the hell out of here. No one stands up and fights for anything anymore. Lots of talk, lots of letters and no results to speak of. We as Canadians are getting walked all over. IMO we need an old fashion revolt. When your government will not do a you ask of it and forces you into a corner it is time to fight back, and with more than words.
I hope that this type of thing never happens but nothng is improving and people are getting tired of being dictated.
Last time a leader took all the tools to defend ones self away we had millions of dead Jew's. Will you stand by and let something like this repeat itself?
 
Notice how in the last paragraph of that article she didn't mention anything about collection. It was all about how they would be destroyed. I'm quite certain the interviewer was eluding to a method to obtain the firearms from the civilian owners.

People everywhere signing petitions to prevent the inevitable....whatever is going to happen will happen no matter what.

I can't believe the number of complete fools on here/in this country who think this battle is going to be won without the reality of what timoram is saying.

It never ceases to amaze me how ignorant supposedly grown men of all age groups actually are.

But it will never happen and we will go like Australia because this country is truly full of loud mouthed pussies when it comes right down to it.
