Precision rifles in 30-06

he just seams to be on the fence about what hes gonna use it for hunting or target shooting. any if the 3 calibers will do him fine im sure there all great.

If the 98 is mil. issue condition, sell it & get a custom the way you want. Or keep it and get a new rifle. 3rd choice is tune up the 700 and shoot it. New stock, bedding, blue print, maybe a trigger. Lots to think about.
