My new Remington 700P in .308 with a HS Precision mag kit, Badger bolt knob, McMillian cheek rest, Warne 20 MOA rail, TPS rings, Super Sniper SS10x42 scope, and Versapod bipod....and now with a HS Precision 10rd mag....

Ah, it's caused by the flash on the camera. The metal is not green but actually black. I'll try to take some better pictures later in better lighting.
 
Hey Rohann, are you colour blind :slap:? I see no hint of green in the pic at all, just the lovely flat parkerizing. :D Thanks for the compliment on the rifle by the way!

Falcon Optics are made in the UK. The more I look at that scope the more impressed I am with it, that was a very good buy. Contact CyberK he is the Canadain Distributor for it.

Ducimus: That Savage 10FP with the Choate stock... is that the "savage" choate stock or aftermarket? If is the stock from Savage: How do you like it?

I love that unit, I played with last year in North Carolina.

Savage,

On the M24SWS, I priced the full kit 2 years ago, it was $12,000 Canadian then. So that ended that thought!

I was told that was the price for the US government by the head of the Remington's Military dept

I have a Savage 10FPLE1A. (20" choate) I REALLY like mine. I like the adjustable knob on the butt stock (elevation). Definately not a carrying rifle, but a ridged bench rifle/bipod. Only change would be a chambering of 223, even though the Savage will shoot MOA with federal american eagle 308 150fmj. :D
