allright, ive started a little project, and now that im at the half way mark i though id show you all, any comments and or advide on how to finsih it would be nice, still alot of work to do.
That is awsome. I have not seen an Andy Webber rifle in a few years. Man I wish he did not stop building rifles, his were great. The last one I saw, a good friend of mine owned and sold it to someone while I was away working over seas and then he moved to the US, I wanted that rifle so bad, it looked just like yours except with a black stock. Very nice.......very, very nice. Hold on to it.
I know, it's a work of firearms art. Understated and totally unasuming but it's all performance. I just wish I had managed to get one of his later ones with the detachable mag. I did see one other on this site just like mine, someone out West had it at a "sniper" match and I could see him in the background behind one of the site's more popular contributers. When I finally got my hands on some Norma Match 2 days before my first match with her here's what happened... I fired three rounds at 100m (left target), spun her up and over a bit and put her away as my ammo was limited at that time to just enough for the match itself. The right target is my fisrt at the competition (Can-Am Police and Fire games) five rounds, 4 pretty much in the same hole, one "flyer". Well worth the money and my favoritte rifle for sure.
OK, wife says I have to pick up dog crap so I'm done for the day. Nice to have some time off finally
That M21 is a different story, loves crap ammo, won't shoot match worth beans.
I love the monopod. For the $60 or so, it is a great deal.
This thing only sees the range, and as such I have yet to Shoot up hill with it.
The bipod height is excellent for shooting on flat or downhill, but is too short for anything else, so it will have to be replaced eventually.
Does harris or anyone else make an affordable bipod with adjustable legs (1" increments like a C9 bipod)?
In any event, I prefer shooting from my alice pack, so the bipod really only keeps the muzzle out of the muck.
Looks like we should have some good shoots this year Beltfed We have all been up grading. My buttpod just showed up in the mail today, now if Dlask will send me my bolt back I'll get praticing
Oh and for bipods, I think the versapods have the 1 inch notches, and the newer harris bipods also have them. I wish my 9-13 S harris did but it's not a huge thing to cry over.
Alright I sent an email to them asking if Canadians can order from the site and if there will be any customs regulations trouble. I'll post the answer if and when I get it.
EDIT: I got a reply and they say there shouldn't be a problem ordering from the site.
