predator hunt manitoba?

i've seen alot of predator hunting on tv like coyotes etc and it looks like fun. i just wanna know what kinda of predator game we have in manitoba and where can i find it. and do i need a trappers licence?

We're crawling with coyotes these days. So they are a great place to start for predators and probably your best bet. You can find foxes around as well but not as many and there are a few wolves in certain areas.

You do need a trappers license though. If you have never had one you need to take a course and write a test. If you call Manitoba Conservation,they can give you the info you need

No shortage around here. While sitting in a hunting shack last night, I saw 1 wolf and 2 coyotes cross the field. Out of range for my muzzleloader. If I go back tonight I'm bringing a predator call along.

Coyotes are a great way to keep sharp behind a rifle.
