Picked up some 215 grain hard cast from jet for my m39 that likes 200+ weight. My Lyman manual shows imr4198 as a good powder but looking for some other suggestions. Info for such a setup is a bit skinny on the interwebs.

I own and shoot 5 different MN. Three 91/30's , M39 and a Polish 44. Have shot 1000's of cast bullets through them. Lyman 311299's with mostly 4198. While I have only slugged a couple of the 91/30's my understanding is the Finnish bores are a little tighter than the Russian jobs. (M39- 309) I shoot 314's out of my Lee Enfields, and Russian MN's and Polish M44 and 311's in my 39. Have tried 2400 and 5744 but kind of settled on IMR 4198. The M39's have a reputation for being the most accurate. The easily windage adjustable front site is a real bonus in my opinion.

I have had great accuracy in my Mosins with 22gr of 2400 from the lyman book with my Lyman 311299 copy bullets. I have an NOE mold that throws 316 bullets based on the 311299 then I size them down for the specific rifle bores when checking them.

My second go to for accuracy in Cast bullets is D4895 which is the CanadaAmmo Dominion brand made by IMR Canada. It's almost the same as IMR4895 and can be down loaded to cast bullet speeds and still maintain top accuracy. Each lot is different so you have to start low and work up. I usually buy 10 lbs when it's in stock and it lasts quite a while. With my current lot it's 34gr D4895 for 1950 fps out of a standard mosin.

If buying the Dominion powder is too much of a commitment I'd recommend you consider the IMR4895. According to my quickload info 34gr will be a hair less pressure/speed and still safe. Well below the max working pressure and still falls under the minimum load rules for 4895 released by Hodgdon. See the link below:
