I have an M1 Garand that I purchased off of here awhile back and since ive had it ive only run reloads through it. I am using 49.1grs of IMR4895 powder behind a 150gr bullet. My problem isnt on cycling but more so the enbloc is trying to eject after the 3rd or 4th round. Do enblocs get worn out or is this a job for a smithy to fix?

A weak clip latch spring is one possible cause. Yes, the detents in the en-bloc clips do become worn. Try with new/unworn clips. Other possible causes incl a worn clip latch, bent follower rod, worn follower rod forks, worn op rod catch, a worn follower arm, and interference between the follower rod and op rod catch.

I'd try some unworn en-blocs first.
