Prepping New Brass

What is the consensus on prepping new brass. Trim to length, resize, flash hole de burr. and in what order

I just received an order of Win Brass in .30 06. I measured 10 cases and 60% are close to the trim to length 40% are a bit long. about 50% the case mouth are out of round. i.e. flash hole de burr tool centering fitting won't enter the case mouth.

What is the norm for new brass?

Depends on the brass. Cheap stuff like WIN/FED/REM/Hornady I FL size, trim, deburr flash holes, and load up.
Norma, Lapua, Nosler I just load up.

Even the high-end stuff is just thrown loose in a box, there certainly could be out of round case mouths from banging around.

Last 7.62x39 I just trimmed to length. SKS chamber is so sloppy, it just would not accomplish anything by sizing it
