Presale on Non Restricted Ruger PC 9mm Carbine

I wasn't sure between the FX9 and the PC9, I'm glad i chose the FX9. I really dont like the esthetic of the PC9.

Better wait 2 more weeks, really worth it, we know who made the barrels and we have good communication between freedom ordnance and the reps, so the equation is easy...

16th Oct FX-9 update.

The first order should be route to us right now, I am waiting for conformation. From this point forward we should be receiving monthly shipments but it will take a few months to clear all back orders.

Barrels, my understanding is that the barrels are exactly the same as standard barrels only longer (18.7 inches) to meet the non restricted requirement. These are factory fitted, not an aftermarket job

PS Not shipped yet, waiting for "Canadian Boxes" maybe this Friday!

I’ll stick with the PC9, a lot of run around with the FX9 IMHO

Got my rifle today and went straight to the range with bulk 124gr ammo. Sighted it in at 50 yds and does about 1" groups. I installed a S&J 9mm micro brake and without earplugs it would be fine for shoot squirrels or hunting, kinda like a 22 mag for noise level. With over 200 rounds not one problem, ran like a champ and no worries about non-ruger barrel as its finished very nice.

1350 fps with the CCI blazer 124 gr bulk.

The Glock 26 mags are a low profile option.

Nice scope, where did you buy it? Been looking for a retailer that stocks the ZO series in Canada and came up empty

Sooo reading between the lines , you folks got only 5% of your Pre-Orders in . I know it’s certainly no fault of Prophet River , but it’s time Ruger stepped up and at least sends out a corporate explanation to Customers affected , or do they even care . Frustrating for everybody .

The main part of order SHOULD be coming late this month. I know, we feel the same way....

well, they did say a couple times now they would be in for the end of the month (hopefully)
so seeing as the end of the month isnt for another 10 days we should probably wait until then to start complaining again.
