President Trump=M-1 Garands?

Is that the same korea that tumps says hes going to make them pay for the 6000 americans sitting, protecting their border against NK? Or hes pulling them out. They may beed all those grands at that point lol. I hope that doesnt spoil their relations and the rifles still get sent over
We don't actually. Our laws are very sane in terms of firearms importing. I wish US export regulations were as good as ours.
Why would they need Garands when they have the Daewoo???? They have stored the M1 and M1 Carbines for close to 50 years.
It's the size and cost of bringing them over that's the issue. Two things IIRC are that the Koreans won't sell the lot under a certain size and they are lend-lease rifles hence can not be legally imported back into the USA. Canada can't absorb 90,000 M-1 Garands our market for them is to small.
Canada couldn't absorb less than 10,000 Garands from Denmark which was the reason for many to be stripped into parts kits which were then exported to the US. The cheap Danish surplus receivers which we see today are the aftermath of this parting out exercise.
Trumps main issue is for the many countries to pay their fair share in NATO and SEATO instead of the American taxpayers.
In Germany they charge the U.S. Military for every worn out tire they take to the dump from our military bases along with other costs while we help defend them.
Why should the American infrastructure be falling apart while we spend so much money abroad.
We can't even get our medical system to work or control illegal immigration and we turn around and elect a idiot like Trump. (and I'm a registered Republican)
Sorry for the rant, but last night I was in a forum and a few Americans were talking about moving to Canada and wondering what the rest of the world thinks of our stupidity.
Haven't we heard you praising Tim Hortons in the past? And just maybe a lot of the world thinks you folks made the right move in the election.

I'm still part of the American rebel side of the clan that thinks another Republican would have been a much better choice than Trump.
Bottom line, when Trump finds out how many TV shows are filmed in Vancouver he might Nuke Canada after he grabs all your woman by the (expletive deleted).
This depends who controls Congress and the Senate and if the liberal Democrats can veto any gun bills.
