Pretty confused by your website - Are the 10.5" NEA uppers only in-stock?

I'm looking to order a 10.5" NEA upper that you list on your website for $574.95

In the title of the listing, it says that these are a "pre-sale - you won't be billed until they arrive", but on the page itself it says that you have 6 in-stock.

Do you have any in-stock?
