I have had it with this , I need to get my TC venture shipped back to me asap, I have tried to contact you guys to no avail, Jeffs email doesnt work anymore, got a call saying it would be shipped asap and I still do not have my rifle that was sent out due to the recall, it has been in your guys possession for quite some time now, WHO can I contact to get this sorted out.....?

This is obviously not the proper way to go about this.

And I doubt you've tried to no avail as I've never received any PM's or calls from you.
