New in box, literally mint condition. Comes with papers, box with pictures and warranty. In .30-30 with octagon barrel. Box is slightly ripped up which I don't think is unreasonable. Has the engraved polar bear on the side and all the seals and stamps on the boxes and stuff. Any experts care to chime in on the value?
