Price check - 5-round M14 magazines

Hello all,

I ended up buying a crate of militaria/gun accessories yesterday, which had four magazines in it.
I'm pretty sure they's 5-round M14 mags, new in packaging/grease. (they could be Norinco M305 mags, not sure)

What would these be worth roughly?

Not as desirable 'cause they are a pain to remove from the rifle. $20.-$25. ea.

If yur hunting with yur 14 a 5 round mag is desirable as it does not dig into yur back when U sling it. If yur riden an atv a 20 round mag pined to 5 rounds is more desirable as it is easier to install and fast to load and shoot when U get off to shoot a bear. both mags have their place for use.

Agreed, especially if you load the 5/5's with stripper clips.

This is my take on it as well, unless you want to get 2 and Magwedge 'em together

Yeah all great advice covered here. But (big BUT) one cannot practice the famous CQB inspired Israeli Mag Changes in your parents' basement with them itty bitty 5/5 rounders. If you wanna be cool and rock the ORA or Abbotsford or Edmonton CQB scene with a SOCOM or shorty M14, then yer gonna need a few of the 5/20 babies to practice and then compete with.

Just ask anyone who has played the Service Rifle or CQB game and they will tell ya that mag change skills are essential especially for zombie invasion preparation.

No such thing as 5 round M-14 mags. Five rounders are M1A mags and other aftermarket copies of M1A's. However, SFRC lists Norinco 5 rounders at $29.95 each. And out of stock.
