This' out of my depth; found a gun I'd like and don't know what it's worth. What's a refurbed No1 Mk5 worth?
Specs are:
Gun is almost original appearing condition.
Matching action and bolt/bbl etc
Correct rear sight, correct mag, correct cut-off, correct rear sight
Bluing is strong - light wear on edges but otherwise strong.
Bore is strong and sharp.
Wood is replaced - gun was formerly sportered. Repro wood is blonde, sharp and clean, nicely done; No stock disk.
Gun is missing the reinforcing band that mounts over the nose cap assembly.
That's about all I have at the moment - seems like a neat gun - I've always liked the No1 over the No4, but love the rear sight on the No4, so this could be fun
EDIT: this is not a jungle carbine. It's a 1922 trials gun like the one seen here:
