Price check for Remington XP-100 in 7mm BR

I have the possibility of purchasing this pistol with a 14" barrel and am wondering what I should expect to pay for such a beast. It is in good overall condition but missing the iron sights. This doesn't really bother me, as I would put a pistol scope on it. Synthetic center grip stock. Thoughts?

$ 500 is fair. Metallic silhouette isn't very popular anymore and handgun hunting is a no go so there's not alot of demand for these guns. TBH it's probably worth more but unless the guy wants to wait/work for 9 months to find the right buyer he'll only ever get $ 500.
