I think that Epps' prices are in line and they have both 12 or 20 .... the USH is heavy and a 20ga would be more practical.

Check out the trigger should you decide to acquire one as many among those can be heavy. The one on mine is great though...a bit over 3lbs.
Thanks for your info!
Which one you have settle on and how is it?
What kind of accuracy am I expect to get?
Thx

ULTRA-LIGHT SLUG HUNTER SHOTGUN
H&R RIFLES 5.5 lbs
Item #259787
$229.00
this is the one i was looking at buying. real nice gun for the price.!
.
They don't have it in stock and for some reason it wont even let me order it online. I am gonna have to call and see whats up.
USH DLX 20ga ......afraid I haven't had an opportunity to shoot that yet as I picked up a ML Rifle early Fall and used that instead during 2009 season. I've mounted a 2-7x33 Leupold Shotgun/ML scope with a Circle-X reticle that I picked up used.....planning to test that in a couple of weeks time.
ShotgunWorld dot com (Slug Hunter's Forum) has generally good reviews on the USH.
If there is no urgency, waiting for the Savage 220 (bolt) to arrive in the new year may be a good idea. I hope that they will soon offer the model dressed in an Accustock.

just make sure you get the ultra not the tracker. The tracker can't be drilled and tapped for a scope.
