Hi all, im thinkin about selling my HK USP expert .40 cal, havent had a chance to actually use it, so i figure rather than let it sit around i'll just sell it, can anyone ball park about how much the pistol will go for? its practically brand new.. i just wiped it down and tried a dry fire a few times.. any advice would be great, thanks!

How much did you pay for it? I generally knock 10-15% off of what I paid for it. Realistically you won't get ALL your money back unless it's a rare/very desirable piece. Just my opinion.

Normal ballpark asking price is 75 - 80% assuming unmolested....
You can ask what you want, but if you've been around a while, you'll notice that the guys who are asking VERY close to what they paid for it tend to have to:
A) Stumble on someone who 'just has to have it'..at any price OR
B)Do numerous BTT (relisting) until either they realize there's no takers, or they reduce the tarifff to what the market's willing to spend.
If your price is close to what you paid, don't be surprised if you get a lot of
hagglers and tire kickers....

Remember, if your piece is still commercially available from a retailer, why would anyone buy from an unknown individual for the full price?....over the internet no less?
I wish some of the unrealistic sellers on the EEs would consider that. I've seen some outlandish prices. I mean, why would you want to gouge a fellow Gunnut? That would be despicable in my opinion.
