Thinking of selling my winchester 88 .308, its in real good condition and was wondering what a guy should ask for it?

Pricing will not be accurate without pictures. Would you buy a car from description only? Or attempt to price it? Post a pic or 2.

I saw one sell for $450 in a few hours, Ellwood epps has several in the 550 to $600 range that he has had for many months if that is of any use to you.

Pre 64 with cut checkering in vg+ to exc condition you may get ~ $450'ish for it. Maybe a tad more if it has a nice shape vintage scope [you typically see these oldies with Weaver K4's in Weaver tip-off mounts].

Post 64 with cheap looking press checkering maybe ~ $100 less.

My .02.......

Sorry no pics, this forum is kinda a pain in the a$$ to post pics in. But I kinda figured because its in good shape it should be around $450 or so. I want to sell or trade towards a .243 sometime this year.

You never did say if it is pre or post 64??

Posting pics is a snap...
