Fellow gunnutz, I cannot remember what I paid for it so I am looking for some help. I have an all original Taurus 92 A F in 9mm with wood grips and 2 original pinned mags and 4 after market Meg-Gar mags. It also has the original plastic case and a speed holster (which is in good condition) and 4 mag holders (which are in very good condition). The gun itself is in very good to excellent condition. Pretty much everything you need to start in IPSC or IDPA. I am selling it to fund other projects, I have never had an issue with the gun or any of the mags period. Any help you can give me would be much appreciated. I would be selling it as a package when the time comes. Please PM me with what a fair price for this package would be.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Taurus should be avoided like the plague as someone has quoted in their signature here. These pistols are great and usually very cheap. All is well until you have problems, then you're screwed. I am STILL on the waiting list with the jerks over at Nichols waiting for my replacement locking block. It'll be a year soon!

I think as long as whoever is buying the pistol knows what they're getting into, you shouldn't have a problem with the sale. Also taurusarmed.net is a great resource for any budding gunsmiths/home hobbyists who want to pick-up a Taurus and make it their cheap Beretta copy-project gun. The fixes are reasonably easy to do if you spend the money on the Beretta parts and research which parts work with the Taurus and which parts need to be modified and how.

Goodluck with the sale,
Tim.

For the package i'd say $500 around, maybe a dot higher. I've had half dozen Taurus's and know them to be great guns. If you'd like to sell some mags i'd be interested too...
