I find the best way to get brass is to buy the ammo, enjoy shooting the round, and voila, you have nice once fired brass…:)

I sold my 8mm Remington Magnum rifle, ammo was approximately $100.00 per box of 20 rounds.

221 Fireball brass is also best to be had by buying ammunition. It runs approximately $50.00 for 20 rounds.

Brass for the 8mm and 221 Fireball can be found at gun shows and some gun shops. One has to be very thorough to find any though.

Your last caliber you mentioned I have no clue. However a Google search on various browsers should produce something.

Sometimes buying the ammo is the only way to getting good brass.
 
I bought some 7x61 here on the EE, new Norma brass $30 / 20 so I bought 200, about a year ago.

I know the seller had more then 200 and was cleaning out his stock, but search in EE turns up noting so must have sold out.
