Price Check on Browning Model 12's

Friend of mine has two Browning Grade V model 12's in 20 gauge and 28 gauge.
Both shotguns are unfired with boxes, modified chokes and 26" barrels.
Will not have pictures unless he plans on selling them, however they are in unfired mint condition.

He would like to sell as a set and was wondering what they would be worth?
Do not believe the serial numbers are consecutive.

Any direction would be great and thank-you for your help!!

$3K for the pair sounds about right! I sold my 20 ga Browning grade 1 for around $700 NIB back in the 1990's, should have kept it, but found that my Win model 12 20ga skeet was better fitting bird gun!
A friend of mine also has the same set that his father left him from his gunshop! Great guns ,but need to be shot! Cheers from NWO!

From what I've seen, in mint condition about $1,500 each, or like above, $3,000 for both. Struff55 pretty much nailed it!
