Price check on CZ-75 IPSC Standard in .40 S&W.

This is around serial number 1000 and is second generation but still has adjustable rear sight. The guy was using it for IPSC but is now using his glock 22 (??). He says it shoots well, but he uses his glock for work and wants to use his glock all the time to be consistent. He has 4 mags, and a couple of extra recoil and mag springs. He wants $1175. Can anyone tell me if that is a good price?
 
Armco sells the CZ75 Tactical Sport IPSC Standard model w/ 4 mags for $1,245 brand new. It doesn't mention if this is 9mm or .40S&W. If it's in .40. I would pay the extra $$'s and go brand new.

I would normally agree, but I didn't need it with this gun. It shot dead on. Every other gun I either bought with adjustable sights or put them on.
