I was just contacted by a local widdow who was forwarded to me by the local police.
Her husband passed away and left all his firearms. Her son took his PAL and has the non restricted but has no interest in Restricteds (I tried to talk her into getting it).
She would like to sell it..........but of course has no idea.
From what I can gather it is a Uberti Navy ,the cops called it a model "A" but I could not find anything on that.
It is a cap and ball .36 cailber.
She indicated that it would be around 10 years old and doe not remember her husband ever shooting it.
I will get pictures later this week.
However I would like to give her a ball park as to what she can expect.
Can any of you smoke pole types help?
