Hello,
I was thinking of buying a P38, but the ones I saw are "rare" nazi pistols that go for $800-1500 so i was wondering if there are any cheaper ones? im not sure but i think I saw a few for $300 at Epps but i dont see them on their website.

Anyone knows for how much these go?:confused:
 
There are the postwar P38 and P1 (same gun) that go for about $300 at various places, surplus German police and military. They differ from the wartime P38 in that they have an alloy frame rather than steel.
 
Try Trade Ex in Montreal. I bought a P1 for $299 and find it to be great. I bought some extra mags that were probably ex-military (stamped with a NATO stock number) and they needed a good cleaning and a little oil to feed well. A remarkable thing about the deal was the timing - I phoned the order in on a Monday, received the gun in the mail that Friday and on the following Monday I received the registration slip. Buy one, you'll love how it ejects the casings over your left shoulder!
