Neighbours daughter was over earlier today and wants to sell her fathers firearms. Two shotguns. One is a Fox model B 20 ga SXS with a vent rib, 2 3/4' chambers and the other one is a bolt action based on a mauser action 12 ga and the registration states the make is GEHA. Both are in good shape.
Any ideas on price range?

Impossible to say without handling the guns. At the very least we need lots of pics and comments about whether the lockup is tight, etc.

The average Fox Model B 20 gauge in Very Good condition sells for around $450. The bolt action, again totally dependant on condition, goes for about $100.

Thanks for the reply. This whole thing is a mess. The old guy is in the hospital and will not be coming home. The daughter is here from the east coast and returns early next week.
The six firearms are in a room with no working lights in a gun rack with a cable through the trigger guards and no one has any idea where the key is to unlock the cable.
My camera is a HP and to download pics I have to use HP`s snapfish service so you have problems transferring pics. The only firearms worth anything are the Savage rifle, Fox shotgun and the Mossy 22 and I can`t buy anything right now as we are in the process of putting on an addition to the workshop.
I hate to see these turned in for meltdown so I will phone everyone I know who has firearms this weekend to see if I can find homes for them.
Thanks for the price range on the shotguns as I have no idea what these are worth.
