It's an RCBS single stage, but that's all I can tell you.
For reloading the bare minimum is:
Reloading press
Brass case
Case lube, to keep the case from getting stuck in the sizing die.
Sizing die, full length for automatics or if being used in different firearms, neck sizing if you're using in a bolt gun.
Shell holder, to hold the case in the press.
Primer
Priming tool, comes in multiple sizes so match it with the primer being used.
Powder, there are many choices. Ideally I recommend looking for a type that fills most of the case at your desired load, it makes it easy to see that the case has been loaded and to prevent double charging.
Scale, or other means of measuring powder.
Funnel. Try getting powder into a case without spilling any without using a funnel, I dare you. Depending on the granule size of the powder you might need to look around for a funnel that has an interior diameter large enough to not clog up if you dump a lot of powder in at once. I used to use a small funnel that would jam up if I poured in too much powder at once. It sucks and slows you down.
Bullet
Seating die
The above is the bare minimum. I recommend also getting some utility boxes, they make it very easy for verifying that cases have been processed. I use one box of 50 and put the case in upside down after inspecting the case. After sizing I put the cases into a second box rightside up, that way they're all easy to see that I haven't missed any primers or powder.
After the initial load you will also need some way to clean the cases, a pair of calipers to measure the cases, and a deprimer which is usually part of the sizing die, and possibly a case trimmer.
