Price differences?

Anyone know what the price difference is between the LRPV and the Model 12 F/TR in a .223 1 in 7 twist?

Also what would you say would be the pros and cons between the two?

Last time I checked(about a month ago) the model 12 F/TR does not come chambered in .223
Only in .308
The F/TR is an amazing rifle. I bought one last fall and have enjoyed every minute of it.

According to their 2010 PDF catalog a I got it list a .223 in a 1 in 7. Anyone else know for sure?
