The last few weeks a few of the contributing dealers have had them new for $600+tax and shipping. How long they'll stay at those prices is hard to say.
$600 would probably be a good starting point for your M&P that is just getting broken in, since there wouldn't be any taxes in addition to that price.
I've seen $599 M&Ps advertised, but as I understand that is with one mag and regular sites. Most online catalogues don't offer specific details on options and accessories ... can anyone tell me the best price they've seen for an M&P with three mags and night sites? I'm trying to compare to what my local store has to offer.
Just a word of advice from a guy who has an XD40 and an MP9...If you get an MP try to get one that doesn't have the mag safety. Apparently there's 2 models. It's a pain in the butt not being able to let the hammer down without a mag in the gun.
Hammer hown? there's no hammer on M&P I'd say get one with the safety otherwise you get that ugly warrning on the slide. You can remove the safety latter yourself...
To answer the original question I'd start at $600 and than if it doesn't sell lower the price.
