I would like some help for put a price on my Dan Wesson. I don't want sell my revolver, I would like just know the value of my purchase. And if someone can tell me more on my revolver that will be appreciate

Here's what I get from a short Google search:
Looks like yours is an early 90's from the serial # range. (Monson was from '71 to '92) Not a rare gun but some people like the DW. Estimate for CGN buyers around $450-$500 in stainless. Contact Genny at Dan Wesson, (607)336-1174 for more info.

IMHO, if it was mine, and it looks to be in good shape, i would not part with it for less than $600. lots of smith 686 out there, but this is a dan wesson, strong lockwork etc. came out, as i recall, when smith was producing the k frame, before moving to the stronger L frame. even pythons back then had the I frame, built on the .41 magnum frame.

i would look for an additional barrel, like in an 8 inch, to complete the gun, and give full meaning to its very innovative design, than and now, about interchangable barrels.

dan wesson had make different grips, including compact and fingergrooves, i recall, those are worth hunting for, to make it a collector's set. regards.
