I had a pristine Sig 320 X5 Legion for sale on #######.

I seen some advertising for $2500?

I thought that was a joke.

I listed mine and it sold in 2 days, but I had a Romeo 1 on it.

I got $1900.

I got the pistol for $1250, and sight was on sale for $325.

The day it sold a guy from Ontario offered $2500 for it?

Its going to get crazy IF we cannot get these stupid laws reversed with CpC Majority?

I could have tried listing for $2500....but not really comfortable taking advantage.

I basically wanted to get my money out of it.

####### is a site filled with scammers, price gougers, slick conmen, stolen PALS, Identity theft, etc

One must be very diligent and you cannot be over cautious enough about dealing with people there.

I have done deals as a seller but not so sure Id do one as a buyer unless local and payment at the deal location

I mentioned in another thread, I skimmed ####### on a whim and was absolutely floored by what people were asking

totally delusional gouging going on there

What's a Romeo 1?

I like #######. I always verify the buyer through FaceTime/Google meet and get copies of their documentation. One thing (probably the only thing) I actually like about the new laws was verification of PAL. Some of them have been revoked but people still have cards they use to buy guns even when they are prohibited.

Thanks for the heads up about #######. I am new to it and trying to sell a couple of firearms there and when browsing others, I couldn't believe the prices people were asking for.

It's called supply and demand and there are people looking to capitalize on the situation.

You don't need to worry about it getting too crazy, govt will take care of us and just stop the sales altogether

I use the EE AND #######, both sites have gougers and as long as you do your do diligence you won't get scammed. Andre at ####### does a pretty darn good job at making sure his site runs well. It offers reviews just like this site does and so I go by that like this site and have done many deals and have never had a problem.

Ya no doubt.

Will the CPC, IF they can get a Majority, have the stomach to reverse these "laws".

The minute they do, and there is a driveby shooting in Toronto or Vancouver, you know the MSM will lay the blame at their feet.

I’ve had 3 experiences with GP all as a seller. 1’st was good. 2’nd super messy and cancelled. 3’rd was terrific for a custom 1911.

I’ve had 7 experiences with GN all as a seller. All 7 were really great experiences. Zero issues.

Lessons learned by me? Personal contact by email or phone. Full info plus front/back photocopies of other parties RPAL. Call to 1-800 to verify RPAL. Payment IN FULL by EMT only prior to initiating transfer.

I use both sites and gave good and not so good experiences on both. As for gouging, a seller on EE attempting to get $5000 for a 19X and requesting no negative comments towards his post. As was said, nobody is forcing you to buy at these ridiculous prices but I’ve seen some stuff go at mind blowing prices. DON’T ENCOURAGE THESE GUYS!

well someone tried an interesting one on non restricted one and andre was not thinking it was wrong ... the buyer did not want his pal checked because he was buying for someone else ...so he gave me the information of someone i was not dealing with, what can go wrong? lol ... i did not conclude of course.

Seen another 320 X5 with a Romeo Pro for $2690 firm....

My transfer got approved in less than 10 days, the buyer will be happy.... considering the delays we got lucky.
