Price of Nagant revolver 1895

Some were in the range of 400-600$ would likely be reasonable maybe more, pics help with price determination.

If your planning on selling one please PM me as I have been looking for one for a while.

I think $400 is pretty high in this market for a standard late refurbished Nagant revolver, but a desperate buyer like you have above would pay it. $600 is out to lunch unless we're talking Revolution or earlier, and we'd need to see condition and markings.

Sure the supply has ended, but the amount already brought in is far larger than the pool of dedicated milsurp collectors. They will always come up for sale when someone who bought one on a whim gets tired of the ammo situation.

(Did I mention the ammo situation?)

I didn't mean ammunition was not available (although future supply as compared to the popular cartridges is still a question), just that it requires a certain dedication to sourcing, paying more than 9mm, stocking and/or setting up for reloading a cartridge that's only used in one firearm.

The guy who bought one at $189 because, hey gun under two hundred bucks why not, he gets tired of going down to Wally's Sporting Goods and paying a dollar per round (yes cheaper from site sponsors). That's the gun that ends up getting sold, and I doubt he's expecting $600!

not the most effective of rounds for anything other then paper, but interested lock up system to prevent gas escape at the cylinder. Paid less then 200 for mine, and wouldn't pay more for one now. Interesting collector piece but unless you have a source of bullets and brass i wouldnt plan on shooting them much. yes ammo is available but it is pricey..and for the cost of current pricing and ammo, why not by a nice used smith or ruger?

... why not by a nice used smith or ruger?
Why do all these strange people collect old military surplus when they can easily buy modern commercial %$# that has no history behind for the price thrice more? :agree:

Anyone care to help me to trade this for used ruger? :)

Pick up an Enfield or two now so you don't regret it in 3 years ;)

I don't shoot my Webley much, but it's interesting enough to keep
