I'm going to buy a 9mm Gen3 Glock.

I'm new to semi-auto pistols (wheelgun gun). i guess I'm looking for a Glock 17?

I figure the collection needs at least one 9mm for cheap fun blasting at the range.

What's a fair price for one of these?

What should a guy beware when of buying one of these used?

What is the best place to buy one in Canada. I'm in Abbotsford, no local gun stores so don't tell me to support the local gunshop. There ain't one!

If you end up buying used, one thing to watch for is if the previous owner bubba'd the pistol up by adding crappy aftermarket parts. Glocks are reliable with stock parts and there is no need to add any fancy pants junk to them.

New, you could find them for as low as 800$. Used, you shouldnt pay more than 700$. In fact, I've seen them with low round count for 600$.
 
If you have any military or police background you can buy them from Police Ordnance for $741 +tax!! I did. Special deal from Glock and Police Ord.
