Prices.

The problem I'm having with the "rifles from Sweden" sellers are the prices. The stuff that is in ready to go condition is a good deal IMHO. The junk that has cracked stocks, missing parts, pitted barrels are only $100 to $150 less than the good rifles. I have managed to find parts here and there for some rifles but its scarce. The prices they are asking for junk rifles is too high. Most of what im seeing being offered for sale is project guns but the time effort and money to get it up and running is just not worth the pice they are asking. Its a shame because I love the old Tikkas.

I'm getting a kick out of prices on used parts and accessories as well. Factory take-off sewer pipes with "less than a box" through them have recently jumped from around 150$ to 400$.

This is why i dont like #######. Reminds me of Facebook back in the day. Guys here are generally more knowledgeable/ collecting oriented. It cuts both ways, you have guys on ####### selling clapped out stuff for whatever they saw it for new on Google, and guys selling valuable stuff for what they paid for it in 1985.

One big advantage at GP is one doesn't need to read half way through the description only to find the item has been sold or funds pending. Adds are easier to edit. Here it seems half the sellers have never mastered the simple task of being able to edit their add to correctly display its status - in spite years of seniority and hundreds of sales.
