might be over full sizing the cases for your chamber?

Peterson brass is a relatively low case volume
I backed off to 41.3gr and saw 2750fps with a little less ejector swipe but still about the same cratering. Accuracy was good at 500, but haven’t had a chance to stretch the new load any further.

This combo in your rifle is showing excessive pressures. Me, I would back down the load to the lower node. That should put you into the 2650'ish FPS range. Odds are the tuning will be even better then what you have now... and the targets at 1000yds aren't going to notice.

I would assume that the barrel is also quite new.. low rd count?

The barrel has 380 rounds through it. It picked up around 40 fps after 250 or so rounds based on my records from the initial load development.
I might just do another load work up. Try for that lower node like you suggest. Probably be nicer for barrel/brass life anyways.
