I like the Lee priming tools, others don't. One is kept set up for small primers, another for large.

I've used one of these Lee priming tools for about thirty years. Fast, reliable, and cheap. You can feel each primer seat, and you don't have to touch a primer with your hands.
Dump the primers in the tray, shake until they all flip over, put the cover on, and your in business.
The only downfall, is they need their own shell holders.

I prefer the RCBS bench mounted priming tool. I've used hand priming tools, but with the exception of the old Lee model with the screw in shell holders, which allowed you to precisely control the depth the primer was seated, I found that it was more difficult to obtain consistent seating depths than with the bench mounted tool. Uniforming primer pockets is worthwhile regardless of which priming tool you choose.
